Flour is basic material of our diet. Flour is made by grinding grains of wheat on smaller particles which is then combined with different ingredients to form all kinds of flour types. In depends of grain size we distinguish soft flours and shard flours.
● Wheat-purpose black flour

● Flour type 400
Sharp wheat flour for bakery, type 400 is considered most quality flour because it is made from core of the grain. It is characterized with yellowy color and sharp granulation. It is recommended for bakery and pies.
● Flour type 500
Flour for homemade dought is little darker then type 400. It is characterized with fine granulation, and it is recommended for all kinds of doughs for pizza, rolls, bread etc.. This types of products have little rougher dought structure.
● Flour type 850
Made of composed mix of quality and healthy wheat. Type 850 is characterized by fine granulation and content of gluten which absorbs lots of water. Good characteristics of this flour made its universal use in sweet and salty doughts.
● Whole wheat flour
Whole wheat flour is made by graining whole grain. It is valuable ingredient for homemade bread and other bakery. Expiration date is 9 months if preserved in dry and cold place. This flour is one of the best source of proteins and rich with Carbohydrates. Also they have low fat and vitamines B. There can be up to 12% fat in grain.
● Fodder Flour
Wheat flour is a by-product in the wheat milling process, which is obtained as the passage of the last lubrication and the last immersion. Fodder flour is a product with a mineral content of up to 4%, which means that there is a large amount of the core of the endosperm beside the shell particles. The mentioned product is intended for the feeding of livestock. In the technological process of grinding 20-22% of livestock flour is obtained depending on the technological process of grinding. It is packed in packaging of 25 and 30 kg.
